Our team can assist you in planning for any event, from an intimate celebration to a large-scale corporate affair. We know parties and will guide you in selecting  products and services to compliment your special occasion. 

From dangling limbs to underground utilities, we will make sure the site is event ready. Contact CTR to schedule a site inspection ensuring there are no surprises on set up day. 

Visual aids, yes please! CTR has the technology to provide customers with a (to scale) CAD drawing for customers to better visualize the event space. The drawings make the set up process a breeze.

Complex items, such as tents, dance floor, stage, lighting, and heating include set up and break down. Smaller rental items, such as chairs, tables, or tablecloths do not include set up and break down. Pricing for custom installation of products is available upon request.

We offer delivery and pickup for all rentals. Delivery and pickup pricing is based on the distance/mileage to the site location to and from our warehouse in Warsaw.
